Check auction house for rings with random 12-20 FR on them. Also, everyone should have done the A Hero's Reward quest from Duke Hydraxis, its a long series of quests that eventually has you finishing up in Molten Core. It starts at Duke Hydraxis

Trinkets

Everyone should get their specific class book, that drops from random bosses in Dire maul, check AH for these books also. For example, this is the rogue item, all of these quests are derived from books, and all you have to do is turn them into the library in DM

This is a complete list of everything you can get OUTSIDE of MC, it requires no MC drops, or MC gear. That said, there are plenty of things that drop within MC that will furthur enhance your FR gear, but saying "i haven't gotten enough MC drops or MC cores" is not an excuse.

Libram of Resilience is also another small quest that will let you enchant helm or pants with 20 FR, it requires a libram of resilience found on AH, a black diamond found on ah or through mining, 4 crystal spires from un'goro crater spires quest, and burning essence from the BRD dark coffer.

Here is a complete list of thorium brotherhood crafted items, all of which require fiery cores and lava cores, which are in short supply. You can post on the mats requested thread in order to get the necessary materials to make some of this gear, but the waiting list is large so don't depend on those items for your FR. Also, there are several set peices and non set peices that drop in MC that will boost your FR, but again these are not things that you should depend on for FR.
